Privacy notice
Last updated 7 August 2026. This covers two separate things: what happens to the details you send us through this website, and what happens to your restaurant's data when you use Meymoona inside iPOS.
1 · This website
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, restaurant or group name, work email, optional phone number, country, number of branches, what system you run today, and anything you write in the free-text field.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or analytics scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request — the same as on most websites. If you would prefer to avoid that, we can self-host the fonts on request.
What we do with it
- Contact you to arrange and run the demo you asked for.
- Answer follow-up questions about iPOS and Meymoona.
- Keep a record of the enquiry in our own systems.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or add you to unrelated marketing lists. If we later want to send you something you didn't ask for, we ask first.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is an active conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick the thread back up if you return. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your choices
Write to hello@ipossoft.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We handle these requests within 30 days.
2 · Your restaurant's data inside Meymoona
This section applies to iPOS customers using Meymoona in the product. It is a summary — your contract with iPOS is the authoritative document, and it prevails over anything written here.
What she can see
Meymoona operates strictly inside your own tenant. She can read only the stores that the signed-in user is already authorised to see under your existing iPOS permissions. She cannot read another business's data, and no other business can read yours. There is no shared pool.
What she can change
For reporting and analytics questions she is read-only. She reports on your records; she does not alter them. Where Meymoona is used for tasks that do create or change data — importing a scanned menu, assisting with store setup, or taking a guest order — the action is explicit, attributable, and presented to you for review or confirmation rather than performed silently.
Model processing
Answering a question requires sending the relevant question and the specific data needed to answer it to a large language model provider under a commercial agreement. That processing is transient and covered by contractual terms that prohibit the provider from using your content to train their public models. Your restaurant's data is not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.
Retention
- Conversation transcripts — retained for 90 days, then deleted.
- Usage and cost records — retained for 24 months so you can audit consumption against your budget.
Cost controls
Every Meymoona conversation is metered and charged against a monthly budget cap set for your tenant. The cap is enforced in the product, not merely monitored, so usage cannot silently run past it.
3 · Where we are

4 · Changes
If this notice changes materially we update the date at the top and, for existing customers, tell you directly rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
